Thank you so much for supporting my small Irish business!

All of the products on the website are designed and handmade by Donna Ironmonger from the Run Baby Run Pottery studio located in coastal North County Dublin.

Due to the handmade nature of these products no two items are identical, these characteristics contribute to the organic nature of handmade ceramics.

Shipping Costs

Standard tracked shipping in Ireland (An Post) - €6.00

Standard tracked shipping to Europe (An Post) - €22.00

Shipping costs will be added to your basket at checkout.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped twice a week – Mondays and Thursdays but please send me a message if you need your parcel urgently and I will try to accommodate your request.

Once shipped, your package should arrive within 1-2 business days (Ireland) or 7-10 business days (Europe). All prices include shipping insurance for safe delivery

All the relevant import duties and local taxes are included in the shipping price inside the EU. Please note that outside of Europe you might be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of your order.

Once your package leaves my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country's postal service and customs. I do not have authority over the package at this time and I cannot trace it for you at this point. Please contact your country's postal services if you have questions on the whereabouts of your package. 

Damages

I take the utmost care in packaging your purchase for safe arrival however, in the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods at runbabyrunpottery@gmail.com 

Returns

It is important for me that you are happy with the items you receive.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14  working days of receipt by sending an email to runbabyrunpottery@gmail.com and I will send you information on how to return your order. Please note that the shipping costs are at your own expense and the items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item you return is handled with care as I am not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.

Run Baby Run Pottery is a very small business and I kindly ask that you make thoughtful purchases on my website to avoid any returns. All wares are entirely handmade and each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and colour from each other and from the image on the website. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade ceramics. Personalised and commissioned items can unfortunately not be returned.

Your information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and informing you of and new products and special offers.

Your details will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
